Flow cytometry is a technology that provides rapid multi-parametric analysis of single cells in solution. At Takis, we harness the potential of multi-parametric flow cytometry and work closely with you to deliver both qualitative and quantitative analyses of samples. We offer flow cytometry analysis to detect up to 20 parameters, with both custom and off-the-shelf panels available for your studies.

Our researchers are experts in both immunology and flow cytometry, which ensures you are properly advised during assay design, sample/data analysis and reporting.

We work with all types of samples, including whole blood cells, PBMCs, dissociated tumors/tissues, tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs), muscle-infiltrating leukocytes (MILs), cell lines and bacteria.

Several services can be used to study your cell populations/subsets at a steady state or following treatment and/or stimulation, including: cell enumeration, cellular phenotyping, cellular proliferation and cell cycle, apoptosis receptor occupancy, phosphoflow and intracellular cytokine staining.
