Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679

Pursuant to art. 13e 14 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, also called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”), TAKIS informs you that your personal data, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and any applicable legislation with reference to the processing of personal data in accordance with the information below.

Personal information
The information that you communicate to us when you fill out contact form or send us e-mails are required to use the services made available to TAKIS srl (such as participation in the Courses and / or in the various activities organized by the Company, information on projects, etc). Failure to provide them makes it impossible to obtain the requested service.

In particular, the data required for access to the reserved area and for the newsletter are acquired and stored in the server storage media and are protected by security measures. Access to these pages by the enabled subject is strictly personal and based on the use of authentication credentials only in the possession of the individual user.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails by its very nature the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
TAKIS srl invites users, in requests for services, not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary.

Some data acquired are also aggregated anonymously to produce statistical processing necessary for the formulation of proactive assistance strategies, whose main objectives consist in the provision of new personalized services, in particular for the services of working groups in the reserved area of the site.

Place, modality and duration of data processing
The processing operations related to the web services offered by this site take place at the headquarters of the data controller and the external manager and are only handled by technical staff in charge of processing.
No data from the service is disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who access the telematic services of TAKIS srl are used for the sole purpose of using the service itself and are not disclosed to third parties, unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the tax obligations of the taxpayer.

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case, in accordance with the regulatory provisions in force.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

The personal data provided by you directly or by persons in charge of you will only be processed for the purposes set out here: Access to the Reserved Area and Newsletters. Pursuant to art. 13 par 3 and of art. 14 par 4 of Reg.UE 697/201, if the Data Controller intends to further process the personal data acquired for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were collected, it will provide the data subject with information before such further processing.

Mandatory or not of the provision of data
The provision of your data is mandatory to allow the correct provision of the Reserved Area and Newsletters service.

Rights of the interested party referred to in articles. 15 et ss. of EU Regulation 679/2016 .

We inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives the interested parties the possibility to exercise specific rights. In particular, each interested party has:

– the right of access, expressly provided for by art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e. the possibility of accessing all personal information concerning him;
– the right of rectification, expressly provided for by art. 16 of Regulation 679/ 2016, i.e. the possibility of obtaining the updating of inaccurate personal data concerning him without justified delay;
– the right to be forgotten, expressly provided for by art. 17 of Regulation 679/2016, consisting of the right to the cancellation of personal data concerning the data subject;
– the right to restriction of processing when one of the hypotheses provided for by art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016;
– the right to data portability, expressly provided for by art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016, i.e. the right to obtain in an interoperable format your data and/or the right to have your personal data transmitted to another data controller without hindrance from this Company;
– the right to withdraw consent at any time, expressly provided for by art. 7 of Regulation 679/2016;
– the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor in the event of a violation in the processing of data pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation 679/2016;
– the right to bring judicial action in case of unlawful data processing, also against the acts taken by the Guarantor pursuant to Article 78 of Regulation 679/2016;
– the right to object at any time to the processing for sending commercial communications and advertising material or direct selling, by sending an email below the address privacy@takisbiotech.it

Intellectual property
All rights to the contents (for example, texts, images and architecture of the site) are reserved in accordance with current legislation.
The contents of the pages of the site may not, in whole or in part, be copied, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, published or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of TAKIS srl, without prejudice to the possibility of storing them on your computer or printing extracts of the pages of this site for personal use only.

Any form of link to this site if inserted by third parties must not cause damage to the image and activities of TAKIS srl.

It is forbidden the so-called deep linking, i.e. the non-transparent use, on third-party sites, of parts of the site.

It is also forbidden to connect directly to the pages of the site, relating to the services provided in the reserved area, if this involves the acquisition of personal data of the same, without going through the introductory page of the service, containing the information pursuant to the Privacy Code.

TAKIS srl cannot be held responsible in any way for damages of any nature caused directly or indirectly by access to the Site, by the inability or impossibility to access it, by the entrustment to the news contained therein or from their use.
TAKIS srl reserves the right to modify the contents of the Site and this page at any time and without prior notice.
TAKIS srl assumes no responsibility for services offered by third parties with which the Site has activated a link, and for any other content, information or anything else contrary to the laws of the Italian State present in the third party linked to the attached link.
